Description

Chana supports self-managed projects by members of the Native Community of Santa Clara focused on the transmission and maintenance of Shipibo-Konibo ancestral knowledge, particularly regarding the use of medicinal plants and teaching children. Among the projects are the ethnobotanical recording of plants in the Nishi Nete medicinal botanical garden, and the recording and transcription of traditional healing songs.
